The Board meets regularly – up to 12 meetings are held per year. During the meetings, the Board discusses standard matters provided for in the company’s Articles of Association, legislation and other legal acts. Additional engagement matters related to operational areas selected by the Board, organisational issues and other matters initiated by the company are also examined. The members of the Board are appointed and removed by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania for a term of four years.
