Altra’s Strategic Business Plan Implementation Receives the Highest Evaluation

The Governance Coordination Centre (GCC) has awarded Altra the highest possible rating for the implementation of its 2025 Strategic Business Plan. This evaluation confirms that the company successfully achieved the objectives set out in the plan and that the performance indicators established to measure those objectives were assessed as ambitious.

The assessment reviewed the achievement of key financial, sector-specific financial and non-financial, as well as other performance indicators defined in the Strategic Business Plan, together with the level of ambition reflected in those targets. Altra received the highest evaluation across all assessed areas.

The GCC’s highest rating confirms that the direction we have chosen and the goals we have set are not only ambitious but are also being implemented consistently. It demonstrates our systematic approach to planning, our commitment to achieving long-term results, and our dedication to creating value for the state and society,” says Rasa Danielevičienė, Head of Strategy at Altra.

This is the second highest rating Altra has received from the GCC this year. Earlier, the company’s new 2026-2034 Strategy was also awarded the highest possible score. The new strategy sets out Altra’s long-term direction through to 2100. These two top evaluations reflect the company’s consistent approach to strategic management, long-term planning, and the responsible delivery of its annual strategic objectives.

The GCC’s assessment of strategic business plan implementation is an independent evaluation of the quality of strategic management in state-owned enterprises. It provides an objective assessment of how effectively a company delivers its strategic objectives, meets shareholder expectations, and achieves its planned performance results.
